Circuit work-out Part 2

Quick Circuit workout that I love as an off running day-

I am huffin and puffin by the Burpees!!

*60 second plank

*30 lunges

*20 squats

*60 second bridge

*20 burpees (first 15 were with pushups when down)

*50 second wall sit

*60 second plank

*30 lunges

*100 jumping jacks

*50 second wall sit

*20 burpees

*20 squats

Good luck… you can do it and if you need to take a break by all means go for it 🙂
